Causes of Hair Problems

Hair Loss and Baldness
are caused by many factors. Including genetics, hormonal change, stress, pollution, syphilis, protein deficiency, dandruff from infection, heavy metal in toxicity, radiation therapy or chemotherapy, vitamin A over dose, and chemicals that disturb hair root strength. Strong surfactants or highly alkaline (ingredients in common shampoos, such as Sodium Lauryl Sulfate), are particularly irritating to the scalp, especially film coat forming. The same can be said for the chemicals commonly used to make hair smooth and easily combed, such as silicone, which is not easily soluble in water nor does it can be cleansed off easily, therefore it is remains deposited on the hair. This silicone deposit coating, not easily degradable, will obstruct the hair pore, causing dysfunction of hair cells and hair loss when used in over the long term.
